When it comes to trilogies, there are no favorites. To me, each of these movies are one (very) long story. As the final film, Return of the King wraps the story up nicely. It is an overflow of emotions that only a few film series can rival.
I love everything about this movie, even its imperfections. Only a film this grand can have a 3+ hour running time and still remain exciting.
