Review of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001) by Brandon S — 05 Aug 2014
Rating: A.
Lord of the Rings. Possibly the greatest trilogy in the past 50 years or so. I find it better than Star Wars. Better than Indiana Jones. Better than any other trilogy I have ever seen. LOTR is single handedly one of the greatest films ever made and this one is the one that kicks all of its awesomeness off to a great start. I don't care that this is 3 hours long (as are all the others). Fellowship of the Ring is a fantastic film. Even in the first chapter of the great trilogy, there is action, setup, drama, and anything great from the books can be found here. By the end of it, you are just dying for the next chapter to come! Hands down best movie of 2001 and a classic. For all of you who haven't seen this, please watch it. You will not be disappointed.
