Review of The Lord of the Rings (1978) by Dominick S — 10 Feb 2009

I loved this movie. As an animator myself, who before having a formal education in it I used to study animated films as a kid, frame by frame, including live action films in order to study motion, I had a great appreciation for this movie, it's style, and in particular the rotoscoping.

I cannot understand peoples problem with it. I think they must be blind or suck:) Maybe we should critique them and their seeing defects. If we could I'd give them a negative 3 stars on their ratings of this film.
