Review of The Lookout (2007) by James R — 07 Jan 2010
Part crime thriller, part after-school special. Jeff Daniels was pretty awesome as a blind guy, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt seems like actually a good actor; the only other role I've seen him in is the TV show Third Rock From the Sun.
Pretty standard cookie cutter plot and narrative style, reminds me of a movie I just saw last year or so. Extra half star for having realistically disabled characters in a non-discriminatory manner.
