Review of The Longest Day (1962) by Vera V — 11 Jul 2010
This was a long movie well worth watching. I am always amazed at the bravery of the people of Europe and military. I am always shocked by the number of causalities. All of my relatives that have served in a war have come home.
For this I am very thankful. What I do love about watching these older movies is seeing the differences in what is considered socially, morally, politically correct back then and how that has changed over the years .
