Review of The Lobster (2015) by Sue N — 08 Aug 2016

The Lobster is unlike any film I have seen before. It is a little too detached to consider it a homerun, but it hits a decent triple. I suspect some viewers will be put off by its storytelling, but the film is brilliant in its commentary of how the world views the failures of those people who have not found a mate.

I especially like the way the desperate loners try to change themselves and others to try and make a love connection work.
