Review of The Living Daylights (1987) by Kimber M — 23 Jan 2008
I did like Timmothy Dalton as Bond. I was still harboring some resentment that Brosnan didn't get it that time around, but I gave him a chance. This movie was an interesting experiment in breaking away from the mold that had been done to death during the Moore years.
I think it did set a stronger, more Connery-esque tone that carried through (with a few modifications) to the end of the series. (I refuse to acknowledge the latest Blonde Bond as anything but a Poser Userper).
