Review of The Living Daylights (1987) by Paul B — 05 Sep 2008
Not as bad as everyone thinks and the action is actually extremely good, particularly when compared with the later Moore efforts. While Dalton tried to drag his performance away from the dry wit of Moore raised eyebrows, he was never given a script like Casion Royale to allow him to shine in his Shakespearean acting glory.
But nonetheless it is one of Bonds most enjoyable romps and there is plently to enjoy.
