Review of The Living Daylights (1987) by Ryan T — 17 Nov 2008
One of the more dull entries in the series, introducing Timothy Daltons colder, more detached version of Bond. This was a big switch from Roger Moores sauver, more aloof portrayal and I donâ??t think people were ready for it.
But just leading Maryam Dâ??Abo from exotic local to exotic local (with her deer in the headlights expression the whole time), trying to catch up to Jeroen Krabbeâ??s delightfully slimy bad guy didnâ??t make for a very exciting adventure.
