Review of The Living Daylights (1987) by Matthew E — 09 Sep 2010
The plot is good and Dalton is alright as Bond in the serious scenes, but I desperately missed the (sometimes subtle) humor which was present in all the previous films. Roger Ebert's review of this film nailed in on the head when he said that Bond is a "character was so preposterous that only lightheartedness could save him.
" Overall, one of Bond's lesser efforts.
