Review of The Living Daylights (1987) by Muffin M — 16 Sep 2011
With the Cold War winding down, James Bond's (Timothy Dalton) adventures are just warming up. Lured by a Russian defector into a case of high-tech espionage, Bond finds himself at odds with a maniacal American arms dealer (Joe Don Baker) who leads him on a trail across some of the most exotic locales on the globe. Along the way, Bond makes the acquaintance of a knockout Czech concert cellist (Maryam D'Abo), with whom he makes beautiful music.
Also stars Robert Brown, Caroline Bliss, Desmond Llewelyn, Jeroen Krabe, Art Malik, John Rhys-Davies, Thomas Wheatley and Andreas Wisniewski.
