Review of The Living Daylights (1987) by Charles James I — 25 Nov 2008
Alright... I'm glad I was able to see the new Bond recently, cause that just reaffirms my next statement, which is, Dalton is the shit!! The best Bond actor, without a doubt. Daniel Craig pulls it off well. But Timothy Dalton kicks it old school.
Alright, so aside from the fact that Timothy Dalton is badass.. This particular Bond has some great action sequences, and contains the classic cello case sledding scene. Dalton portrays himself as bond should be, which is what Daniel Craig understands. You have to first remember your duty to be a badass, and then worry about the chicks. As much as I loved Sean Connery as Bond, he was a better playboy then badass Mi6 agent. I challenge anyone to try and tell me Timothy Dalton is not the best bond.
