Timothy Dalton's brief but effective tenure as 007 got off to a smashing start with this fine Bond adventure. One of the better written entries in the series (at least certainly among the 70s and 80s instalments) with Dalton delivering a dynamic debut performance.
Shame, he didn't do more.
