Conspiracy movies have always been a favorite of mine. The plot is quite simple yet the characters starts to grow on you. It's like watching a soap-opera yet more intriguing and tragic, given the stasis' surveillance and all.
What strikes me the most about this film are two things. How an artist can change people. CGW knew that and it's nice to see his transition from being a hard case into a good man. And lastly, the movie's concept is very basic, the whole plot is just a story of a good samaritan but interpreted into lovable narrative. That's it. And for that, the movie will touch anyone's heart.
