A poorly edited, bland, thriller, that wastes the talent of Washington on a predictable and run-of-the-mill police procedural. Leto and Malek try their best but aren't enough to make the film watchable.
It's neither thrilling, suspenseful, or unpredictable. Thankfully it's also streaming on HBO Max so you don't have to waste your time and money at the theater.
