Review of The Little Stranger (2018) by Lk L — 06 Sep 2018
Very interesting psychological horror film. Gleeson and Wilson turn in sterling performances in this tale of rising dread, set during the aftermath of a world war...at a time when class war is still gripping the English countryside.
Overpowering hate is stalking all who walk in Hundreds Hall. Buckle up and watch as everything....and everyone... crumbles. Looking for special effects? Try another film. This one is more about the horrors people carry within.
We talked and talked about this film after seeing it.
