Don't watch it. The actors were terrible, emotionless in many scenes (Halle acting was really bad for all her hype, looking her trying to fake yawn was cringe af). CGI was awful, the first scene with mermaids swimming to Triton's call looked eally really cheap.
.. Flounder and Sebastian were scary instead of cute and people in the cinema were laughing at several moments because of how bad they looked. All in all, I think I just saw a low budget Caribbean version of the Little Mermaid, it was really weird.
... Save yourself some money and watch the original or something else. I give it a 1 for nostalgia, but it is as bad as the trailers showed.
