Review of The Little Mermaid (1989) by Terrance H — 28 Jan 2012
This was Disney's big come back film. Disney animated studios had a long dry spell before it. I liked it, but most of the humor was aimed at a very young audience. Parents and adults will not find as much to laugh at.
I think most of the later Disney animated films were more entertaining for adults. The film had a good and entertaining story over all, and it became the source of many memorable songs.
