Review of The Little Hours (2017) by Logan M — 22 Sep 2017
What the hell was that? based on the sheer amount of talent, funny previews, and surprisingly High reviews I expected more . after the First Act I was like it's going to pick up it's going to get better and by the end of the third act nothing had changed, it was bizarre.
is this some Film School thing that Im just not hip enough to understand? there's actually a point where I thought that Dave Franco wrote it just so you can make out with a bunch of girls on screen.
I find Alison Brie and Audrey Plaza to be attractive but not so much dressed as creppy nuns. there are a few small laughs with Ron and Fred the did their best with a strange concept. it was just kind of depressing as a whole and didn't build into anything.
