This is a truly great movie. People who see this as just horny nuns with emotional problems are superficial people. It's as much about Medieval times MORE than it's about Catholicism. It's based upon, and is true to, the Decameron which is written when many monasteries filled up with people trying to escape The Plague.
This is a great movie and John C Reilly nails it as the monastery's Father.
