Don't get me wrong, I do like this movie........BUT I also think its a bit over-rated. The movies does have its moments like the opening scene and the scenes with Timon and Pumbaa make me laugh....
.BUT the movie has some scenes that I just find really boring! The movie has songs that are catchy like the awesome villain song "Be Prepared.......BUT the movie also has some bad songs that are just meh like "Can You Feel the Love Tonight".
The movie has a really good moral about learning from your mistakes.......BUT in the end they just throw away the moral and it makes the lesson seem stale. The movie does have good visuals.....BUT that kind of runs dry when you are watching one of the boring scenes.
I do think that The Lion King is an ok movie and that kids should be shown it.....BUT I do think that people should take a second look at it before claiming that it is the best disney movie.
