Review of The Lion King (1994) by Hayden R — 15 Jul 2014
Rushes through the storyline, with nothing to tie it together. I mean seriously, Simba and Nala reunite after years apart and after 2 minutes they're suddenly in love. And after Scar decides to kill Mufhasa, he's dead after 5 minutes.
In general, I disagree with the storyline. However, the music and the songs and everything else about the movie are playful and utterly spectacular. Simply fantastic for children.
