Review of The Lion King (1994) by Rebecca A — 14 May 2015
The Lion King is a movie that not only children enjoy, but the whole family as well. This movie shows life lessons in an entertainable manner so that people will actually enjoy the film. The way Simba has to choose wether to take on the responsibilities left by his father or to stay in the luxury land is an example of a daily struggle for an average person.
When you are able to relate your own experiences or situations to the ones in the movie it makes the movie become a preference to watch. Watching The Lion King made me feel humble and that is the kind of feeling that a GREAT movie creates.
