Review of The Lion in Winter (1968) by Drew C — 04 Aug 2007
This excellent 1968 film starring the always impressive Peter O'Toole and Katharine Hepburn is a high octane verbal film. Featuring a screenplay with razor sharp verbal sparing, the king and queen raise hell against each other by raising rebellions and flaunting significant others while trying to navigate through their three traitorous sons.
