Review of The Lion in Winter (1968) by Andy B — 21 Nov 2008
Amazingly strong cast and probably the best dialog ever written for a movie!
Katharine Hepburn got the Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal of Eleanor of Aquitaine. Look for very early roles by Timothy Dalton, Anthony Hopkins, and Nigel Terry. And of course Peter O'Toole is outstanding as King Henry II.
