Based on a bestselling novel, The Lincoln Lawyer is an exciting and thrilling courtroom drama. After slick criminal attorney Mick Haller is hired to defend a young man accused of sexual assault, the case takes some unexpected twists and turns that leaves Mick in fear for of his life.
Featuring an all-star cast that includes Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Phillippe, Marisa Tomei, William H. Macy, and Josh Lucas, the performances are especially good. And, the writing does an excellent job at developing the characters, and at maintaining intrigue and suspense throughout the film.
Smart and well-crafted, The Lincoln Lawyer is a compelling crime thriller.
