Review of The Limits of Control (2009) by Lele B — 02 May 2009
A fascinating and totally confident tone poem by Jim Jarmusch. Frustrating at times and emotionally absent but beautifully crafted enough by the cinematography, editing and music to keep me intrigued throughout.
The surprisingly thrilling climax made up for all my reservations earlier in the film. I definitely need to see it again.
