Review of The Limits of Control (2009) by Peter P — 06 Oct 2012
I love movies, big budget blow'em up fests, small quirky low budget musings, and a lot in between, so when I say I didn't get this movie, please don't say I don't watch enough movies to get it, cause I think it just isn't all that good.
Sure, it looks pretty, and it has some good actors, but it is also incredibly snail trying to get up a steep hill carrying a giant bolder on his back while attached to Rosie O"Donnal eating a buffet lunch with extra gravy slow.
Not much happens, I don't even feel like describing what little does, but I felt pretty ripped off at the end when all you find out is that the main character must have an amazing imagination, but you never see him use it.
It is almost like the writer was like, How do I get him past all those guards and lights and cameras, beats me, well just say he figured it out, yeah, that will work. Really, no, REALLY. Do yourself a favor, never watch this movie, unless you are having terrible insomnia, then it might be for you.
