Review of The Limey (1999) by Paul I — 27 Jan 2008
You just watch this movie and you know it's Soderbergh. Very stylish and the editing had interesting cuts as well as a strange mix of flashbacks, flash fowards, and replays which work in favor of the film.
Some parts reminded me of Point blank, which isn't a bad thing. My only complaint is that the main character Terrance Stamp, while he gave a good performance, I don't really take him as the "tough guy" type.
He's intimidating, but not in that way.
