Review of The Limey (1999) by Jerome B — 21 Nov 2008
Even though it's almost ten years old, watching The Limey for the first time was strangely refreshing. In an era when films like Revolver stuff themselves so full of empty action and faux-intellectualism, it's nice to see a crime drama that is genuinely thoughtful, and (above all), takes its time with the story it's telling.
