A sort of artsy revenge flick. Tarrence Stamp in a leading role with his signature maddened intensity is a precious gift from director Steven Soderbergh. Stamp's consistant murderous expression and the interweaving editing make The Limey wonderfully unpredictable.
It cycles through comedy and high fashion badassery, but all the while totes the somberness and pain of a man's loss. It's a fierce movie with substance, soul, and style. Definetely at the top of my Soderbergh totem pole.
