I understand how many people wont like this movie at all. Its pace go through normal exposition to madening slow pace where we can see how Winslow get crazier and crazier until he completely loses his mind.

Its kind of frustrating how people get more used nowadays to fast paced dramas or psychological movies where you get to know and understand everything whats happening to the main character and his mind.

this is not one of those films. I really loved the way this was filmed. Direction and photography were tied up so magically. The sound design was superb. and what an outstanding interpretation of both Defoe and Pattison.

To be honest I didnt thought Pattison could get so high and impresive on his character. im so relieved to see how far he is from Twilight and so well developed nowadays.
