Review of The Life Before Her Eyes (2007) by Grace S — 28 Aug 2008

I like the way they filmed the movie in a non-linear manner. Without giving too much away at the ending, though this is mostly a tail about Diana, it can be somewhat self-reflective. Though none of us will be in a high school shooting (thank god for that), it made me wonder what I would do in that moment of time. Would I be a coward or selfless? What would I see flash before my eyes? I like how the story was told, in respect that we see what her life had she lived it.. but it reached a point where we see how she would be unhappy and decides, due to what she feels when she's older, to change the outcome. It makes us ponder about our choices. I love both Evan Rachel Wood and Uma Thurman in this movie. Great great acting.
