Review of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004) by Rickaucoin — 09 Mar 2016

This is, like all of Wes Anderson's movies, an acquired taste and just about everyone is going to either immediately hate it or immediately love it.

I found it charming and fun, especially as I love the whole retro mid-century modern thing and what's more mid-century than the Jacques Coustau-style films and the "underwater habitat" thing?

I give it an 8/10 and it's certainly the Wes Anderson movie I enjoyed the most, by far.
