An unusual film, featuring the cream of Biritsh comedy talent and a brilliant central performance from Rush. Perhaps reasonably, it relies on the sudience knowing quite a lot about the subject as it explains little, preferring instead to use selected vignettes the illustrate the unique characters involved.
Engaging, and sometimes disturbing, but a little too self conscious to be brilliant. That said, the bits where Rush's Sellers 'wears' the people from his life are inspired.
