It's less cheesey and more enjoyable than the last 2. This time the Librarian (Noah Wyle) is up against bad guys who want to bring Dracula back from the dead.
With better direction and effects The Librarian movies were finally on the last track with this 3rd one. It's too bad that the commercials called it the last movie though.
