The Librarian 3: Curse Of The Judas Chalice (2008).
Obviously, this was made for TV hence the fade to black scene endings. At first I thought it was a ?B? movie, but after a few painfully mediocre minutes, I realized that there was a bit more to it. Entertainment value on a basic level is just barely there.
Not for movie buffs.
