Review of The Librarian: Quest for the Spear (2004) by Matthew C — 25 Dec 2009

I love the tv movie series with Noah Wyle. The concept is simple and in the spirit of Indiana Jones and others of it's genre. However, Flynn is no Indiana Jones because he's simply put - a nerd.

Noah is adorable and it's fun to see him back in a role as silly as this one. Also it's not difficult to follow the plot nor how it'll end. I love the idea of the librarian and the touches on myths and legends here and there.

Kyle MacLachlan is always good for playing cheesy bad guys or bad guys in general. He just has that look about him. The rest is typical. It's a good tv movie. It is what it is. No need to hold it up too much.
