Review of The Lennon Report (2016) by Natalie R — 06 Oct 2016
The Lennon Report was both interesting and compelling as it gives more insight into the events that occurred during John Lennon's death, and just how it impacted the people there in the moment of the tragedy.
Alan Weiss character played by Walter Vincent is at times both hated and admired, showcasing a journalists need to get the story and how they develop emotionally and on a personal level from certain events that are inexplicable and U fathomable.
While as an audience member you feel the pain of this deeply talented stars death, you can also relate to the journalists determination to tell the story so that the people who loved John Lennon and have followed his life have a right to know how the story of his death occured.
From the doctors pain of losing his patient, to Johns wife, Yoko Ono, and her worst nightmare come true, the movie delivers wholeheartedly from an HONEST portrayal.
