The Lego Ninjago Movie is a mixed bag. It tries way too hard to be another Lego Movie with hit or miss humor, some undeveloped characters, a story that has been done before, kind of a mean spirited tone, and not standing as it's own movie.
But it has great animation, Lord Garmadon and Master Wu are great characters, some funny moments, and creative moments.
