Review of The Lego Movie (2014) by Holly F — 09 Apr 2015

There was so much hype surrounding this movie I was reluctant to see it at first but I am glad I eventually gave in and generally I feel the it deserves all the praise that's been heaped on it. It's a clever idea well executed, with humour and heart.

I wasn't 100% convinced by the various turn of events at the end, or the depth of the overriding message, but it was entertaining throughout nonetheless.
