Review of The Legend of Tarzan (2016) by Ahmed B — 14 Nov 2016
Not bad, this one does have a difficult racial barrier to overcome which it does admirably, but when the CGI isn't perking what we've got left is a brooding Tarzan, a gorgeous and almost capable Jane, Waltz playing the same villain he's played in every movie lately and very little to talk about.
Jackson particularly stands out as a man who grew up in the last half of the twentieth century magically transported back to the last half of the 19th.
