The Legend Of Tarzan is a mixed bag for me personally. First let's begin with the positives.
Samuel L Jackson was absolutely hilarious and had great chemistry with Alexander Skarsgard.
The action sequences are high octane and exciting.
Christoph Waltz gave a good performance as the films villain.
The film had a rather brilliantly executed colour pallet and cinematography.
The Negatives.
The characters are thinly written.
The story was rather predictable and took no chances with a Tarzan story.
The film had a lot of filler scenes that existed to pad out the run time.
Ryan's Grade:C+.
