Beautiful sets & costumes, and generally speaking the story sounded interesting, but... for me it was bland and unengaging. It could have been interesting for the history, except that it's an entirely fictitious story (only the very ending is fact, nothing else is known about Suriyothai's life).

And those zooms and poor cuts really ruined the beauty of the images for me.
