The characters in The Ledge exist for the sole purpose of argument, and the script is too narrow to engage the viewer unconditionally. Simply put this was boring. I've would have never thought Charlie Hunnam as boring but his monotone delivery made it hard not to turn off the TV.
This film never went anywhere, its elementary structure was one-dimensional and tiresome. Definitely do not recommend this mess.
