Easily one of my most favorite movies. Don't trust the reviews. If you ever picked up a classic fiction novel like Dracula, Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, 20,000 Leagues, or even a Mark Twain book, you will like this movie.
It reeks of epicness, and it has Sean Connery to boot. I've had this movie on DVD since it came out, and I still watch it. A fantastic swan song for Sean Connery too. Don't trust the reviews and score; this is a unique movie.
