Review of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) by Francis Rhoan L — 01 May 2010
It is in fact that they are extraordinary, came from different longitudes of the world, yet it was a plain sight to see that their tough opponent was prof james moriarty. I would have to say that I love the idea that characters were taken from different kinds of literature but the only awful thing to see is that the plot was so plain, it lacks enthusiasm, more like an old spice fermented inside the toiletries.
capt. nemo, dorian grey, jekyll and hyde, tom sawyer, mina harker and allan quartermain were all superb. better luck next time for it's sequel.
