Every misfit has their purpose. Impossible things can happen with teamwork. My favorite scene is when Sean Connery is teaching the boy to shoot. He said something to the effect that anyone can rain bullets in hope of hitting something.
There's no skill in that. Why waste bullets? You shouldn't shoot unless you can hit the target. You have all the time you need to feel the shot and aim.
