Review of The Lazarus Effect (2015) by Whitney L — 01 Mar 2015
The cast of this movie is promising almost fooling you into seeing this, but don't. The plot was thin reaching at times to things that shouldn't have been so focused on because it was offering nothing to the film.
The story line offered some promise but fell short 30 mins in when to much time was spent on an experiment that we knew the outcome of. Then proceeded to continue rolling down hill when the characters where left with no where to go (figuratively and literally) becoming confined to this lab.
I wish that less time would have been spent on how Olivia's character ended up this way and more time on the effects after- really making that the story. So in a nutshell lackluster, boring, timid, and safe.
