Insanely entertaining cyberpunk horror/adventure. Tale of a retard becoming so smart he becomes telepathic and psychic. It begins to go to his head and turns him evil and bent on revenge of those who took advantage of him.
All of the graphics and imagery still stand up by today's standards. This film is very original and kept me intrigued the whole time!
